The website https://apptawn.com and the Apptawn mobile apps are operated by Apptawn (company registration in progress).
The company registration in Ethiopia is not completed yet. We will publish the company’s legal name, registered address and tax identification number (TIN) on this page as soon as it is completed.

3. Mobile apps
Until the company registration is completed, the apps are published on Google Play and the App Store under the personal developer account of Apptawn’s founder, whose name is shown on the store pages. They will then move to an account in the company’s name.
4. Hosting
The Apptawn website, its database and uploaded files are hosted by reputable third-party cloud hosting providers. Traffic to the website also passes through a content delivery and security provider that protects the website against attacks and helps it load quickly. These providers may store or process data on servers in different locations, which can include countries other than the one where you live. You can ask us for their names and where their servers are located by writing to contact@apptawn.com. More details are in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
5. What Apptawn is
Apptawn is an online marketplace for short stays in Ethiopia. It connects Guests with Hosts who offer accommodation. Apptawn does not own, manage or inspect the properties listed, and is not a party to the rental agreement between Hosts and Guests. Online payment on Apptawn is not open yet: until it is launched, no payment is taken through the website or the app.
6. Intellectual property
The Apptawn name, logo, website, apps and their content (except content posted by users) belong to Apptawn or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or change them without our written permission. Photos, descriptions and reviews posted by users remain theirs; users give Apptawn a licence to display them, as explained in section 13 of our Terms of Service. Photo credits are shown next to the photos concerned.
7. Reporting content
If you think that content on Apptawn is false, illegal or breaks your rights, write to contact@apptawn.com with the page address and the reason. We will look at it and answer you.
